Sir Oluremi Festus Omotoso MFR, KJW.
Chairman
Sir Omotoso began his career in 1971 with Lever Brothers Nigeria (now Unilever Nigeria Plc) as a management trainee and rose to become a board member in 1987. He held several positions on the board and finally retired as the Corporate Relations Director in 1998 having spent twenty-seven (27) years at the company. He holds a B.A (Hons) Degree in Geography and a diploma in Purchasing and Supplying. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management, a Fellow Institute of Management, Fellow Institute of Directors and an Honorary Fellow of Ghana Chartered Institute of Public Administrators. He has attended various conferences in and outside of the country.

Mr. Kayode Falowo
GMD/CEO
Kayode Falowo is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Greenwich Trust Limited, a leading Investment Banking firm in Nigeria. He is a Chartered Stockbroker with over 30 years post graduate experience and practice in Finance, especially in Commercial and Investment Banking. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife), an MBA (Finance) from the University of Benin and a Diploma in Information Management.
Prior to assuming the current role, he served as the Managing Director, Greenwich Trust Limited from 1994 to 2013; Head, Credit & Marketing Department at North South Bank Plc from 1990 to 1994 and Assistant Manager, Nigerian Agric. Co-operative Bank (N.A.C.B) from 1985 to 1990.

He has attended numerous workshops and seminars which include the following;

International Management Programme and Chief Executive Programme at the Lagos Business School;

Executive Management Programme (EMP) & Financial Training at the IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain;

Strategic Thinking, Decision Making & Planning by Psyntech & The Nigerian Stock Exchange;

Erelu Angela Adebayo
Erelu Angela Adebayo was the first lady of Ekiti State between 1999 to 2003. She caught her niche in the banking, oil and property consultancy industries of the economy. She has been a Non-Executive Director of DN Meyer Plc since July 2010 and is the Chairman of Afriland Properties Plc. She sits on the board of several companies, including Dangote Foundation and she was the erstwhile Chairman of Wemabod Estate Limited.

Dr. Ayodele Teriba
Dr. Teriba is the CEO of Economic Associates. He has worked as an Economist at Lagos Business School, Lagos Chamber of Commerce, ThisDay Newspaper Group, and UAC of Nigeria PLC. He has also worked as a Consultant to Coca Cola Nigeria, DfID, Federal Ministry of Information, Senate Committee on Banking and Finance, USAID, and World Bank, and as a Visiting Scholar at the IMF Research Department in Washington DC. He has received research grants from Ford Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation, and chairs the steering committee of the Money, Macroeconomic and Finance Research Group of the Money Market Association of Nigeria.

Mr. Tony Uponi LL.B (Hons) B.L, LL.M
Mr. Uponi is the Principal Partner and Head of Chambers of Marriot Solicitors, a firm of Legal Practitioners and Notaries Public based in Lagos. Mr. Tony Uponi graduated with a Bachelor of laws (LL.B Hons) degree from the University of Benin in 1986, and immediately proceeded to the Nigeria Law School where he graduated with a second class upper in 1987 and was accordingly called to the Nigerian Bar in October 1987.

Mr. Olutoyin Okeowo
Mr. Olutoyin Okeowo is a graduate of the University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Management Science & Technology. He was a lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos before resigning to join the family business in 1986. He is the Chairman of Cedar Express Limited, Oasis Insurance Plc, Daewoo Autoland Nigeria Limited, Mitob Ventures Limited and TMJ Properties Limited and is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Motors Limited (an accredited Dealer of Toyota brand of vehicles in Nigeria).
